Since then, 19-year-old Abel Baires-Lorenzana has been arrested on a DUI charge. The police and Clark County Coroner are still in the process of identifying the deceased victim. However, it has been reported that the teenager was around 16 or 17-years-old. (Fox 5 Las Vegas)
