Here are the top three stories today in Las Vegas:
- Some Las Vegas residents are getting Subway-themed tattoos in extra for sub sandwiches. One resident received sub sandwiches for life by getting a 12-inch by 12-inch tattoo inked on his back. The promotion was based on the size of the tattoo that the super-fan received. DJ Tambe inked the tattoos. (News3LV)
- The Las Vegas Aces are hosting a mammography screening event on Aug. 3. The event is with the Nevada Health Centers Mammovan at the Cambridge Family Health Center. Screenings will be offered between 7:40 a.m. and 3:40 p.m. Participants will receive a pair of tickets to an Aces game on Aug. 11 which is their Breast Health Awareness Night. - The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is searching for a missing woman. Irene Cordova went missing on Tuesday from the 3000 block of Liberty Circle around 3:45 p.m. Anyone with information about Cordova's whereabouts is asked to contact the department. (Fox 5 Las Vegas)
