🌱 Madame Tussauds + Pho Ga Tony Tony + The Who Hits Back!
The quickest way to get caught up on the most important things happening today in Las Vegas.
Up and at 'em, Las Vegas! Let's get this Tuesday started. Here's everything worth knowing today in Las Vegas.
First, today's weather:
Warm with plenty of sunshine. High: 72 Low: 46.
Here are the top three stories today in Las Vegas:
- Couples can get married with wax figures in attendance thanks to Madame Tussauds Las Vegas. The wax museum is now offering weddings, which will be ordained by a professional, at its Little White Chapel with a wax figure guest of your choice. Packages start at $200 and a VIP package is available which includes a couples' wax hand. (FOX5 Las Vegas)
- Pho Ga Tony Tony has finally opened in Chinatown after over six months of delays. The restaurant, which is famous for its chicken pho that they claim is "so delicious you'll cry," replaced Pho Little Saigon inside the Spring Mountain Square retail center. Chef Tony Le started the restaurant in Georgia as a tribute to his parents' restaurant in Philadelphia, Pho Ga Thanh Thanh. The Las Vegas location is the first outside of the state. (Eater Vegas)
- The Who has announced multiple shows in Las Vegas as a part of their 2022 tour. The legendary rock band will stop at Park MGM for their "The Who Hits Back!" tour on Nov. 4 and 5. Tickets go on sale to the public on Feb. 11 at 10:00 a.m. (News3LV)

From my notebook:
- With 150+ marriages per day, Las Vegas is the "Marriage Capital of the World." Downtown Las Vegas is home to some of the best and most unique wedding chapels in Las Vegas. (Facebook)
- What happens when you report water waste? The Las Vegas Valley Water District confirms there's a violation and notifies the customer. People often don't realize there is a problem and correct it once notified. (Facebook)
- Does your neighborhood have grass that serves no real purpose? Encourage your HOA or property manager to conserve water by switching to desert landscaping using Southern Nevada Water Authority's Water Smart rebate. (Facebook)
