- Last Saturday, a pedestrian was struck by a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 and was pronounced dead in the following days. According to a statement released from the Metropolitan Police Department, investigators suspect that the pedestrian was walking outside near East Lake Mead Boulevard at around 8:36 p.m. when the incident took place. After the family is notified, the Clark County coroner's office will identify the person who was struck and killed. (Las Vegas Review-Journal)
