Happy Wednesday, Las Vegas! Here's everything you need to know to get this day started off right. Here's everything you need to know in town today.

First, today's weather:

Sunny; breezy in the p.m. High: 65 Low: 45.

Here are the top three stories today in Las Vegas:

  1. A Las Vegas woman was hospitalized after multiple diners say they were served tainted food at a local restaurant. A rash of complaints have been leveled against Secret of Siam in Centennial Hills, which was closed on Monday. According to Hilary Vandenkooy, the woman who was hospitalized, doctors found high levels of THC in her system after eating at the restaurant and believes the food she ate contained drugs. (KTNV)
  2. Las Vegas drivers can show their support for the Las Vegas police by purchasing the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Foundation's charitable specialty license plate. According to a news release about the plates, proceeds from each plate purchase from the Nevada DMV benefit the LVMPD Foundation and help support hundreds of programs and initiatives that help keep the local community safe. The plates feature the department's badge with the tagline "Supporting Our Heroes." (KTNV)
  3. Three couples at a senior living facility renewed their vows in a ceremony on Monday afternoon. Sterling Ridge Senior Living Facility in Las Vegas held a ceremony to celebrate the couples, marking one of the largest gatherings during the pandemic at the facility. For the ceremony, men dressed in tuxedos and the women dressed in bridal gowns as an ordained minister officiated the group ceremony. (Fox5)
