- The Thunderbirds graced Las Vegas skies on Monday afternoon. The famous U.S. Air Force Demonstration Squadron traveled the country during a 19-day deployment. - The Clark County coroner has identified the body that was found in downtown Las Vegas. Keith Carter, 50, was discovered on Friday night with gunshot wounds to the chest. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is currently investigating the homicide. (Las Vegas Review-Journal)
- Monsoon conditions will reportedly last throughout the week. The National Weather Service reports that the conditions will impact Southern Nevada with precipitation chances reaching 30 percent today.
