Vegas Raiders: Ice Cube Warm To The Move

"I'll be here, you know, I gotta go where my team goes," the self-professed president of Raider Nation tells the Las Vegas Sun.

Ice Cube loves the Oakland Raiders. More importantly, he loves The Raiders - wherever they play. So, even though he would love them to stay in Oakland, if they are coming to Vegas, he will follow.

"I’ll be here, you know, being the president of the Raider Nation. I gotta go where my team go," he told the Las Vegas Sun.

"I was happy for Vegas, sad for Oakland," he told the paper in an interview Wednesday.

Ice Cube says that if the Raiders are not going to be in Oakland, Las Vegas is the only other city in which he would like to see them play.

That's one step closer to being a reality. On Tuesday, the team closed on a deal to buy 62.5 acres where they plan to build their stadium.
