Good day, people of Las Vegas! Dominique-Noelle Rafael here with your brand-new issue of the Las Vegas Daily.

First, today's weather:

Plenty of sunshine. High: 62 Low: 39.

Here are the top 3 stories today in Las Vegas:

  1. A woman has been accused of breaking into someone's home to take a bath. Police were called onto the scene by the homeowner, Terry Hargraves. The woman, Tazminn Terese James, had told the officers that the previous owner "Johnny Jones" left the Vegas apartment to her. Hargraves was able to provide proof of ownership and is now pressing charges. (FOX5 Las Vegas)
  2. A record-setting 83 guns were found in a piece of carry-on luggage at Harry Reid International Airport. This broke the previous record of firearms being discovered in Las Vegas. The weapons were found during a routine X-ray screening at TSA. (News3LV)
  3. An employee called the police after two people with gunshot wounds approached an east Las Vegas gas station. According to authorities, both victims are expected to survive. However, one of the victims is in critical condition. Anyone with information on the shooting should contact the police. (KTNV Las Vegas)
