In the survey, community members are encouraged to share their current Virginia Street experiences. - According to Washoe County Juvenile Services, many minors are being referred to the agency due to the possession of marijuana concentrates. Division Director Joe Saiz wants to remind everyone that it is a felony to be in possession of concentrated cannabis for children under the age of 18.
