  1. The U.S. Senate approved transferring a large area of public land to the military for the expansion of a northern Nevada naval air training complex. The approval designated 872 additional square miles as part of the annual defense spending bill. (This Is Reno)
  2. The City of Reno is seeking to pilot an Adaptive Cycling Center this summer. The center allows people with disabilities to use city adaptive bikes on trails at the Rosewood Nature Study Area. (KOLO)
  3. Mayor Hillary Schieve said that she found a tracking device on her car when she took it into the mechanic for an oil leak. The mayor has filed a lawsuit against the person she believes placed the tracking device. (KOLO)
