- A spot fire in Lemmon Valley was knocked down by Truckee Meadows Fire and Rescue on Saturday. The brush fire consumed about one-tenth of an acre before it was stopped, according to authorities. No injuries were reported. The fire's cause is still under investigation as of Sunday evening. (KRNV)
- An elderly Reno woman who was reported missing has been found safe. The woman, a 69-year-old, had originally been reported missing just before noon on Saturday. According to police, the woman suffers from memory loss. She was found on Saturday evening at about 6:20 p.m. near the Atlantis Hotel Casino. The woman was in good health and reunited with her family. (KRNV)
