WOLFEBORO, NH — The 2025 Wolfeboro Festival of Trees raised more than $7,000 to benefit Granite VNA’s home care and hospice services, organizers said.

Granite VNA was one of five local nonprofit organizations selected as beneficiaries of the annual seasonal fundraiser, held at the Wright Museum of World War II. The festival took place over two weekends during the holiday season and included a gala, a display of decorated holiday trees sponsored by local businesses, a craft fair featuring local artists, a pizza night, and visits from Santa and Mrs. Claus. Proceeds from the event support local charities and nonprofit organizations.

Since the festival began in 1999, it has raised more than $375,000 for local nonprofit groups, according to organizers.

“We are so thankful to the festival organizers and to community members who visited the festival,” Melissa Howard, Granite VNA’s director of donor relations, said. “It’s a great honor to have been selected as beneficiary for this wonderful local event that has lifted up local charities and non-profits for many years.”

Granite VNA participated in this year’s festival by exhibiting at the craft fair, distributing baked goods and decorating two trees. One tree featured purple ornaments, reflecting the organization’s branding and hospice awareness, while the second was decorated in pink and purple to promote the agency’s annual Hospice Home and Garden Tour.
