Alleged Thieves, Drug Dealers, Sex Offenders Indicted: Roundup

Plus, Nashua habitual offender indicted, Texas man indicted on credit card, and Hudson man faces fentanyl charges.

NASHUA, NH - The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court:

Steven Berube, 30, also known as Scott Main, from Suncook Pond Drive in Allenstown, for felony possession of controlled drug-amphetamine, disobeying a police officer, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. On Feb. 24, 2016, in Nashua, he was allegedly in possession of drugs after a traffic stop. During the interaction with police, he allegedly gave a false name.

Yoel P. Betancourt, 38, incarcerated, for felony organized retail crime enterprise and receiving stolen property, both felonies, as well as disobeying an officer. On Feb. 15, 2016, in Hudson, he allegedly conspired with another to utilized 37 stolen credit card information to obtain merchandise more than $1,500.

Ryan Bosco, 26, of Gabrielle Drive in Hudson, for possession with intent to dispense-fentanyl, possession of a controlled drug-diazepam, and possession of narcotic drug-fentanyl, all felonies, on Feb. 4, 2016, in Nashua.

Desteni Moynihan, 25, with a last known address of Kinsley Street in Nashua, for possession of a narcotic drug-MDMA, possession of a narcotic drug-clonazepam, possession of a controlled drug-marijuana on Feb. 22, in Nashua.

Michelle Nault, 26, of Mason Street in Nashua, for theft by unauthorized taking, theft by deception, and possession of controlled drugs-fentanyl, all felonies, as well as two counts of resisting arrest and endangering the welfare of a child. On Jan. 24, 2016, in Hudson, she allegedly stolen items from Walmart and exchanged them for a gift card and was in possession of drugs. Later that day, in Nashua, she allegedly resisted arrest while holding a baby. She was previously convicted in Hillsborough Superior Court in February 2009 and Nashua District Court in October 2013.

Francisco Noguera, 35, of Northgate Boulevard in Austin, TX, for two felony counts of criminal liability to fraudulent use of a credit card on Jan. 12, 2016, in Hudson, involving more than $9,100 worth of merchandise purchased at Sam’s Club.

Stephen Oliva, 44, of Heon Court in Nashua, for sale of a narcotic drug-second-offence-crack cocaine on Jan. 4, Jan. 12, and Jan. 19, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of sale of a controlled drug in 2015 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Alberto L. Ortiz Jr., 23, of Central Street in Nashua, for felony habitual offender on Feb. 16, 2016, in Nashua on State and Central streets.

Martin Paralle, 41, incarcerated, on five felony theft by unauthorized taking counts. On Jan. 7, Jan. 12, Jan. 18, Jan. 22, and Jan. 24, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly stole items from Ocean State Job Lots and Marshall’s. He was previously convicted in February 2014 and October 2014 in Nashua District Court.

Leroy Pearson, 40, of Lawrence Road in Dorchester, MA, for two counts of sale of a controlled drug-marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, all felonies, on Sept. 19, and Oct. 2, 2015, and Jan. 18, 2016, in Nashua. He was convicted of possession of marijuana in Nashua District Court in May 2015.

Jason Prusak, 24, for felony duty to inform on Dec. 10, 2015, in Nashua for allegedly failing to tell police he had moved.
