Amherst Man Charged With DWI: Police Log

AMHERST, NH — Cherilyn Washington, 38, of Nashua was arrested on a theft charge at 2 a.m. on July 10, 2020. She was released on a summons and is due in Milford District Court Oct. 13.

Daniel Steel, 18, of Amherst was arrested at 7:40 a.m. on July 10 on a criminal mischief charge. She was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in court July 23.

Nicholas Tourlitis, 19, of Milford received a summons at 8:50 p.m. on July 4 on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. He is due in Milford District Court Sept. 28.

Marie DaSilva, 44, of Lowell, Massachusetts, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on July 3 on an operating without a valid license charge. She was released on a summons and is due in court Sept. 28.

Joshua Thibeault, 23, of Amherst was arrested at 2:50 a.m. on July 2 on driving while intoxicated and operating without a valid license charges. He was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in Milford District Court Sept. 28.
