Amherst, Mont Vernon Men Arrested on Drunk Driving, Drug Charges: Log

AMHERST, NH — John Grasso, 28, of Amherst, was arrested at 3:40 pm. On Sept. 30, 2016, on charges of driving while under the influence of drugs or liquor, possession of a controlled drug, unlawful possession of prescription drugs and transportation of a controlled drug. Grasso was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 27, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Eleanor Reed-Landry, 57, of Mont Vernon, was arrested at 4 p.m. on Oct. 1, 2016, on charges of driving while under the influence of drugs or liquor, possession of a controlled drug, transportation of a controlled drug and open container law. Reed-Landry was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 27, 2016 at the Milford District Court.

Shannon Doherty, 19, of Franklin, MA, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. on Oct. 2, 2016, on a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol. Doherty was released on $400 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 27, 2016 at the Milford District Court.

Luke Butera, 19, of Stoughton, MA, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. on Oct. 2, 2016, on a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol. Butera was released on $400 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 27, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Kimberlee Gerlack, 29, of Wilton, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on Oct. 3, 2016, on charges of driving after suspension and traffic light violation. Gerlack was released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on Oct. 27, 2016.

Keith Donovan, 27, of Durham, was arrested at 2:08 a.m. on Oct. 5, 2016, on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. Donovan was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Nov. 3, 2016, at the Milford District Court.
