Amherst Police Log: East Boston Men Charged with Theft

Arrests

Delmy Perez, 53, of E. Boston, MA, was arrested at 6:24 p.m. on May 2, 2015, on a charge of theft. Perez was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 21, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Jesse Kenney, age 41, of Keene, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on May 2, on a charge of conspiracy to commit burglary. Kenney was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail.

Jose Rolando Miranda, 39, of E. Boston, MA, was arrested at 6:44 p.m. on May 2, on a charge of theft. Miranda was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 21, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Nicholas A. Gruber, 25, of Manchester, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on May 3, on charges of aggravated DWI, failure to dim lights and speed. Gruber was released on $1500 PR bail and arraigned on May 14, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Brandon Reynolds, 23, of Nashua, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. on May 5, on a charge of possession of a controlled drug. Reynolds was released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on May 21, 2015.

Spencer Whitney, 47, of Milford, was arrested at 7:58 p.m. on May 5, on a charge of criminal threatening. Whitney was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 11, 2015, at the Milford District Court.
