Amherst Police Log: Hopkinton Man Arrested on Driving Charge

Daniel Earley, 60, of Hopkinton, was arrested at 11:49 a.m. on April 1, on a charge of driving after suspension. Earley was released on a summons to appear at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford on April 30.

Angel Gonzalez, 26, of Nashua, was arrested at 12:12 a.m. on April 2, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Gonzalez was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 7, at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.

Michael J. Williams, 27, of Amherst, was arrested at 8:20 a.m. on April 3, on a charge of possession of a controlled drug. Williams was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 7, at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.

Robert T. Lemieux, 54, of Amherst, was arrested at 11:20 a.m. on April 6, on a charge of driving after suspension. Lemieux was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 7, at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.

Maysen Alberding, 21, of Amherst, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on April 6, on a charge of driving after suspension. Alberding was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 7, at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
