Amherst Police Log: Maine Man Arrested for DWI
Plus, alleged drug dealer arrested again, juvenile faces theft charge, and Connecticut man arrested for conduct after an accident.

Andrew Lavoie, 28, of Amherst, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. on Oct. 1, 2015, on an arrest warrant issued by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department. Lavoie was released to the custody of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department.

On Oct. 3, at 4:10 p.m., the Amherst Police Department detained a juvenile on a charge of theft. Court action is anticipated.

Christopher Hertler, 30, of Augusta, ME, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. on Oct. 4, on charges of DWI and speed. Hertler was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 15, 2015, at the Milford District Court.
Lloyd Anderson, 26, of Wauregan, CT, was arrested at 11:36 a.m. on Oct. 5, on a charge of Conduct After an Accident. Anderson was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 22, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Peter Harris, 46, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. on Oct. 20, on charges of driving after suspension and unregistered motor vehicle. Harris was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Nov. 5, 2015 at the Milford District Court.
