Amherst Police Log: Merrimack Teen Charged with Theft

Incidents

• 8:04 a.m. on July 28, 2015: The Amherst Police Department responded to a hit-and-run accident on School Street. No injuries were reported.
• 4:43 p.m. on July 29: A two-car accident was reported on Route 101 at Horace Greeley Road. No injuries were reported.
• 6:05 a.m. on July 31: The Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Pond Parish Road at Baboosic Lake Road. No injuries were reported.

Arrests

Ana Costa, 18, of Merrimack, was arrested at 4 p.m. on July 24, 2015, on a charge of theft. Costa was released on $200 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 27, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Mario Monserrate, 31, of Nashua, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on July 25, on a charge of operating w/o a valid license. Monserrate was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 27, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Michelle Nelson, 21, of Greenville, was arrested at 10:47 p.m. on July 28, on charges of driving after suspension and suspended registration. Nelson was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 27, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

George Kniffin, 28, of Manchester, was arrested at 3 p.m. on July 29, on charges of transportation of a controlled drug, reckless operation and habitual offender. Kniffin was released on $3,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 27, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Nora Rodriguez, 39, of Manchester, was arrested at 3 p.m. on July 29, on a charge of possession of a controlled drug. Rodriguez was released on $3,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 27, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Amy Caswell, 36, of Manchester, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Aug. 1, on charges of driving after suspension, disobeying a police officer and possession of a controlled drug. Caswell was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 27, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

James Hasty, 58, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:37 a.m. on Aug. 1, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Hookett District Court. Hasty was released on $1,000 PR bail, with a court date set for Aug. 14, 2015, at the Hooksett District Court.

Thomas Fallon, 47, of Amherst, was arrested at 1:35 p.m. on Aug. 1, on an arrest warrant issued by the Milford Police Department. Fallon was released to the custody of Milford PD.

Nelson Rivera, 26, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on Aug. 1, on a charge of driving w/o a valid license. Rivera was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 27, 2015, at the Milford District Court.
