Amherst Police Log: Man Arrested on Violation of a Protective Order Charge
Plus, man transported to the hospital after crash on Chestnut Hill Road; Milford woman arrested for assault.

Incidents
- At 10:45 a.m. on July 10, 2015, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
- At 12:35 p.m. on July 12, 2015, the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at the entrance to Walmart. No injuries were reported.
- At 5:13 p.m. on July 13, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Amherst Street (car v. deer). No injuries were reported.
- At 3:36 a.m. on July 16, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Chestnut Hill Road. The driver, a New Boston man, was transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries.
Arrests
Alicia Higgins, 24, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. on July 11, on a charge of driving after suspension. Higgins was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 20, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Juliet Roy, 44, of Milford, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on July 15, on a charge of domestic violence assault. Roy was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 20, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Thomas Fallon, 47, of Amherst, was arrested at 1:21 a.m. on July 15, on a charge of breach of bail conditions. Fallon was released on $5000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 20, 2015, at the Milford District Court.
Tamara Smith, 26, of Amherst, at 5:53 p.m. on July 15, on an arrest warrant issued by the Portsmouth Police Department. Smith was released to the custody of Portsmouth PD.
Mark Keenan, age 56, of Amherst, was arrested at 2:09 p.m. on July 16, on a charge of violation of a protective order. Keenan was arraigned at the Merrimack District Court this same date.
