Amherst Police Log: Milford Man Arrested on Drug Charges

Incidents

• 2:33 p.m. on June 21, 2015: The Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
• 8:55 a.m. on June 23: The Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on the Route 101 eastbound off ramp to Route 101A. No injuries were reported.

Arrests

Cassidy Brown, 17, of Milford, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on June 15, on a charge of driving after suspension. Brown was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 16, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Scott Johnston, 31, of Manchester, was arrested at 4:50 a.m. on June 16, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Concord District Court. Johnston was released on $695 PR bail, with a court date set for June 18, 2015, at the Concord District Court.

Jeffrey Henriquez Disla, 21, of Nashua, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on June 16, on a charge of theft. Henriquez Disla was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 16, 2015 at the Milford District Court.

Michael Joseph Delisle, 44, of Merrimack, was arrested at 12:19 p.m. on June 17, was arrested at 12:19 p.m. on a charge of driving after suspension. Delisle was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 16, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Richard G. Frias, 23, of Nashua, was arrested at 11:48 p.m. on June 17, on a charge of driving after suspension. Frias was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 16, 2015 at the Milford District Court.

John Scott, 26, of Milford, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on June 18, on a charge of DWI. Scott was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 30, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Rayna Fillios, 19, of Merrimack, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on June 20, on a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol. Fillios was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 30, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Isabella Hamnqvist, 26, of Merrimack, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on June 21, on a charge of DWI. Hamnqvist was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 30, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Jason Sexton, 20, of Milford, was arrested at 9:09 p.m. on June 22, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Sexton was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 30, 2015, at the Milford District Court.
