Amherst Police Log: Nashua Residents Charged with Theft

Plus, Milford teen arrested drug, alcohol charges.

Incidents

  • 10:21 a.m. on Jan. 10, 2015: Amherst Police were sent to a two-vehicle accident, without injuries, in the parking lot of the Walmart Superstore.
  • 11:16 a.m. on Jan. 13: A two-car accident was reported on Route 101A at Craftsman Lane. No injuries were reported.
  • 10:45 a.m. on Jan. 16: Police were called to a single vehicle accident, without injuries, at Route 101A and Route 122.
  • 1:09 p.m. on Jan. 18: An accident occurred on Spring Road.
  • 1:11 p.m. on Jan. 18: A two-vehicle crash was reported on Horace Greeley Road. No injuries were reported.
  • 4:46 p.m. on Jan. 18: A two-vehicle accident, without injuries, was reported on Route 101A.
  • 9:12 a.m. on Jan. 20: Amherst Police were sent to a two-vehicle accident on Route 101A at Ponemah Road. There were no injuries reported.
  • 12:43 p.m. on Jan. 20: A two-vehicle crash was reported in the Walmart Superstore parking lot. No injuries were reported.

Arrests

Morgan Payne, 17, of Milford, was arrested at 11 p.m. on Jan. 14, 2015, and charged with transportation of a controlled drug and transportation of alcohol by a minor. Payne was scheduled to be arraigned in Milford District Court on Jan. 29.

Jeffrey Reid, 40, of Mont Vernon, was arrested on driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle charges at 3:45 p.m. on Jan. 19. He’s due in court on Feb. 5.

Travis Laponsee, 30, of Nashua, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 20, on a theft charge. He’s due in court on Feb. 12. Previously, according to posts on Patch, Laponsee was arrested twice for burglary.

Andrea Fulse, 17, of Nashua, was arrested at 10:55 p.m. on Jan. 20, on a theft charge. He’s due in court on Feb. 5. Previously, according to a post on Nashua Patch, he was arrested for robbery in November.
