Manchester man charged with criminal threatening; Pepperell, Mass. man charged with DWI; Greenville, Nashua men charged with theft.

AMHERST, NH — The following arrests and investigations took place in Amherst Sept. 27 to Oct. 8.
On Sept. 27, at about 5:30 p.m. Amherst Police responded to a two-car accident in the Walmart parking lot with no injuries reported.
On Sept. 30, Amherst Police investigated a report of criminal mischief where a mailbox was damaged overnight on Waterview Drive.

On Oct. 1, at about 6:30 p.m. Amherst Police responded to a two-car accident on Route 101-A at the intersection of Route 101 with no injuries reported.
On Oct. 1, at about 1 p.m. Amherst Police responded to a two-car accident on Boston Post Road with no injuries reported.

On Oct. 2, at about 8:30 a.m. Amherst Police responded to a two-car accident with injuries on Route 101.
On Oct. 2, at about 3 p.m. Amherst Police responded to a two-car accident on Northern Boulevard at Columbia Drive with no injuries reported.
On Oct. 6, at about 6 p.m. Amherst Police charged a Pepperell, Mass. man with aggravated driving while intoxicated. Timothy Jones, 58, was released on personal recognizance bail with arraignment set for Oct. 15 at Milford District Court.
On Oct. 6 at about 6:30 p.m. Amherst Police charged a Manchester man with criminal threatening. Steven Cormier, 50, was released on personal recognizance bail with arraignment set for Oct. 29 at Milford District Court.
On Oct. 8, at about 4 p.m. Amherst Police charged a Greenville man with theft. Michael Simoneau, 33, was released on personal recognizance bail with arraignment set for Oct. 29 at Milford District Court.
On Oct. 8, at about 11 p.m. Amherst Police charged a Nashua man with theft. Nery Virella, 34, was released on personal recognizance bail with arraignment scheduled for Milford District Court on Oct. 29.
