Amherst Police: Greenfield man arrested for aggravated DWI and Manchester man arrested on theft charge.

AMHERST, NH – Russell Roderick, 43, of Manchester, was arrested at 6:19 p.m. on May 18, 2016, on a charge of theft by deception. Roderick was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 16, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

On May 18, 2016, the Amherst Police Department investigated reported thefts from motor vehicle which occurred on General Amherst Road, O’Neil Way, and Colonel Wilkins Road sometime during the overnight hours.

Tylor Angers, 19, of Amherst, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on May 19, 2016, on charges of domestic violence assault, criminal mischief, and breach of bail conditions. Angers was held in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, and was arraigned in the Milford District Court on May 20, 2016.

Johnathan Breeden, 27, of Greenfield, was arrested at 2:09 a.m. on May 22, 2016, on charges of aggravated DWI and Conduct After an Accident. Breeden was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 2, 2016, at the Milford District Court.
