Amherst Teen Arrested For Unauthorized Use, Lack Of License: Police Log

AMHERST, NH — Anthony Gautieri, 20, of Merrimack, was arrested at 3:05 p.m. on Aug. 24, 2017, on a charge of criminal mischief. Gautieri was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 5, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

A juvenile was charged with theft at 3:50 p.m. on Aug. 23, 2017. Court action is anticipated.

Katherine Dean, 18, of Amherst, was arrested at 2:06 p.m. on Aug. 23, 2017, on charges of unauthorized use and operating without a valid license. Dean was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 7, 2017, at the Milford District Court. Joshua Manning, 29, of Randallstown, MD, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. on Aug. 22, 2017, on charges of credit card fraud, resisting arrest, simple assault and fugitive from justice. Manning was held in lieu of $10,000 cash bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 23, 2017 at the Milford District Court.

Harlan Hildebrand, 19, of Milford, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on Aug. 22, 2017, on a charge of criminal mischief. Hildebrand was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 7, 2017, at the Milford District Court.
