Amherst Woman Arrested for DWI: Log

AMHERST, NH — Jennifer Byatt, 46, of Amherst, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. on July 24, 2016, on charges of driving while under the influence of liquor and open container law. Byatt was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 3, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Stephen Lesassier, 29, of Fitchburg, MA, was arrested at 6:25 p.m. on July 24, 2016, on charges of suspension of vehicle registration, driving after suspension, possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Lesassier was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 25, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Richard Morin II, 40, of Andover, MA, was arrested at 9:35 p.m. on July 25, 2016, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Morin was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 22, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Three juveniles were arrested at 1:50 a.m. on July 26, 2016, for theft and/or unlawful possession of alcohol. Court action is anticipated.
