Hazardous Weather Warning Issued for NH
Snow is expected to hit the Granite State tonight; it will then turn to freezing rain, sleet, ice, and possibly a thunderstorm.

The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook winter weather advisory for tonight through Wednesday night.
Snow will begin across New Hampshire tonight and then continue in the morning with light accumulation by daybreak of between on and three inches.

A warm front then moves in from the north changing the snow to sleet and freezing rain and then, just rain in the afternoon as the temperatures warm up, and then into the evening. Heavy rain is then expected and a thunderstorm is possible.
A quarter of an inch of ice is also possible before the changeover, according to the alert. At elevations up to 2,000 feet, ice accumulations will be as high as a half inch, according to the alert.

There could be rising rivers and streams on Thursday and strong gusty winds on Wednesday night and Thursday morning.
