Hollis Woman Arrested for DWI in Amherst: Log

AMHERST, NH — Tyler Payne, 30, of Weare, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on Nov. 22, 2016, on an arrest warrant issued by the Bow Police Department. Payne was released to the custody of Bow PD. Payne was arrested in Bedford on Oct. 31, on conduct and hindering apprehension charges, and in Concord on conspiracy and stolen property charges last month.

Edgardo Mercado, 22, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on Nov. 24, 2016, on charges of possession of a controlled drug, transportation of a controlled drug and speed. Mercado was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 15, 2016 at the Milford District Court.

Lara Hasychak, 26, of Hollis, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. on Nov. 24, 2016, on a charge of driving while under the influence of alcohol. Hasychak was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 1, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Kyle Burgess, 21, of Milford, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on Nov. 27, 2016, on charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. Burgess was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 15, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Sean Lynch, 24, of Merrimack, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. on Nov. 28, 2016, on charges of reckless operation, possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Lynch was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec.15, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Mark Leroy, 53, of Bedford, was arrested at 1:55 p.m. on Nov. 29, 2016, on a charge of theft. Leroy was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 15, 2016, at the Milford District Court. In Concord, Leroy was charged with theft on Nov. 29. He was arrested in Bedford in September for DWI. In July of this year, he was arrested on three theft from a building counts. He was also arrested for theft in June.
