Weare Man Charged with Conspiracy, Receiving Stolen Property: Log

A Concord woman was arrested for allegedly taking a car with permission and crashing it and a Warner woman faces liquor store theft charge.

CONCORD, NH — Brandon A. LaClair, 25, of Brodeur Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:44 a.m. on Nov. 22, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs, two counts of default or breach of bail conditions, and a department assist: probation/parole warrant. He was arrested on the Gully Hill section of Loudon Road.

Michael A. Austin, 24, of Hall Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:34 a.m. on Nov. 22, 2016, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Hall Street.

Kathleen M. Connor, 58, of West Main Street in Warner, was arrested at 1:08 p.m. on Nov. 22, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on Ford Eddy Road.

Gerard Giffard, 63, of Perkins Court in Concord, was arrested at 1:39 p.m. on Nov. 22, 2016, for criminal trespass. He was arrested after an alleged incident in the owner parking lot of Jennings Drive.

Tyler J. Payne, 30, of Arthur Road in Weare, was arrested at 4 p.m. on Nov. 22, 2016, for conspiracy to commit and receiving stolen property. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Cash for Gold on Manchester Street.

Brieanna M. Proulx, 23, of Curtisville Road in Concord, was arrested at 8:32 p.m. on Nov. 22, 2016, for taking without owner consent, conduct after an accident, and driving after revocation or suspension.
