Man Indicted for Allegedly Attacking Man with a Machete
Plus, alleged Nashua burglar indicted, Milford man charged with fentanyl possession, Mass. man indicted for stealing bottles of cologne.

NASHUA, NH - The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court recently:
Felix Santiago, 45, of Piedmont Street in Worcester, MA, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (heroin, fentanyl), second offense. He was arrested in Nashua on Sept. 23, 2015, for possession after being convicted for distributing/dispensing heroin in Worcester Superior Court.

Karl Saunders, 33, with a last known address of Yarmouth Drive in Nashua, for possession of controlled drug (oxycodone), a felony, and resisting arrest. On Oct. 21, 2015, he was allegedly in possession of the drug in Nashua after pulled away from an officer while being placed under arrest.
Aaron Sherman, 33, of Shady Lane in Milford, for two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl, cocaine), subsequent offense. On Sept. 1, 2015, in Nashua, he was allegedly in possession of the drugs. He was convicted in Nashua District Court in September 2005.

James Sirois, 29, of Eaton Street in Lawrence, MA, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, after allegedly stealing multiple bottles of cologne from the Abercrombie and Fitch at the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua in February 2013.
Joseph Smith, 30, of Ash Street in Nashua, for felony possession of controlled drug (cocaine) on Aug. 29, 2015, in Nashua.
Steve Stevens, 60, of Gingras Drive in Nashua, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, a felony. On Oct. 13, 2015, he allegedly acted in concert with Denise Ellslager, and stole more than $1,500 worth of clothing and merchandise from the Kohl’s in Nashua.
Edward Thomas, 45, of Amherst Street in Nashua, for felony sale of a narcotic drug (crack cocaine), on June 8, 2015, in Nashua.
Zenon Tomaszewski, 26, with a last known address of Conant Road in Nashua, for felony burglary. He alleged broke into a structure on Cadogan Way in Nashua on July 28, 2015.
Tyler Uebrick, 33, with a last known address of Lake Avenue in Nashua, for possession of a narcotic drug (fentanyl), a felony, on Sept. 14, 2015, in Nashua.
Jordan Gingras, 23, of Malvern Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (crack cocaine) on Nov. 6, 2015, in Nashua.
Zachary Gotham, 27, of Concord Street in Nashua, for three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug (marijuana), second offense. On Oct. 22, Oct. 27, and Nov. 10, 2015, he alleged sold marijuana to an undercover police officer working with the Nashua Police. He was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Nashua District Court in March 2011.
Michael Jordan, 31, with a last known address of Ash Street in Nashua, for possession of a narcotic drug (fentanyl), a felony, on Nov. 14, 2015, in Nashua.
Angela LaChance, 30, of Williams Court in Nashua, for possession of a narcotic drug (heroin), felony, and resisting arrest or detention, after an incident on Oct. 27, 2015, in Nashua.
Ryan Lee, 40, incarcerated, for first-degree assault and felon in possession, both felonies, on Nov. 25, 2015, in Nashua. He allegedly had possession of a sawed off shotgun and struck another man in the head with a machete. Lee was convicted of felonious aggravated robbery in September 2007 in Hennepin Municipal District Court in Minnesota.
