Mass. Man Arrested on Drug Charges: Amherst Police Log

Plus, Peterborough woman and Lowell man arrested on theft charges while Amherst and Milford residents were arrested on warrants.

AMHERST, NH — Randy Koehler, 26, of Amherst, was arrested at 10 a.m. on March 4, 2017, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Koehler was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail, with an arraignment date set for March 6, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Allen Perley, 19, of Rowley, MA, was arrested at 8:40 a.m. on March 4, 2017, on charges of possession of a controlled drug, transportation of a controlled drug, and transportation of alcohol by a minor. Perley was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 23, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Jelani Grant-Hart, 24, of Milford, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. on March 5, 2017, on a charge of driving after suspension, as well as on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Salem District Court. Grant-Hart was released on $500 PR bail on the Amherst charge, with an arraignment date set for March 23, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Jason Kasilowski, 41, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on March 7, 2017, on a charge of theft. Kasilowski was held in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, with an arraignment date set for March 7, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Miriann Romancini, 21, of Peterborough, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on March 7, 2017, on a charge of theft. Romancini was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 23, 2017, at the Milford District Court.
