Mass. Man Arrested on Drug, Theft Charges, Warrants: Log
Amherst Police arrested fugitive from justice, Rochester man on drug charge, and Manchester residents on driving charges.

AMHERST, NH — Marcos Rizzo, 35, of Pepperell, MA, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on Oct. 6, 2016, on charges of theft and possession of a controlled drug, as well as on electronic bench warrants issued by both the Milford District Court and Nashua District Court. Rizzo was held in lieu of $10,000 cash bail, and was arraigned in the Milford District Court on Oct. 7, 2016.

Adam Newman, 28, of Manchester, was arrested at 6:10 a.m. on Sept. 17, 2016, on charges of driving after suspension and suspension of registration of vehicle. Newman was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 27, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Krista Jerome, age 27, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:19 p.m. on Oct. 8, 2016, on charges of driving after suspension and suspension of registration of vehicle. Jerome was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Nov. 3, 2016, at the Milford District Court.
Richard Andrews, 31, of Manchester, at 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 8, 2016, on a charge of Fugitive from Justice. Andrews was held without bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 11, 2016 at the Milford District Court.

Keith Sampson, 28, of Rochester, was arrested at 6:45 a.m. on Oct. 9, 2016, on a charge of possession of a controlled drug. Sampson was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 11, 2016, at the Milford District Court.
