Mass. Man Arrested For First-Degree Assault: Amherst Police Log
Manchester woman charged with theft, Saugus man charged with credit card fraud, New Ipswich and Greenville residents picked up on warrants.

AMHERST, NH — Frederick Rines, 49, of Greenville, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Feb. 13, 2018, on an arrest warrant issued by Northfield Police Department. Rines was released on $5,000 PR bail, with a court date set for March 26, 2018, at the Merrimack County Superior Court.
Gabriel Chalpin, 42, of West Newbury, MA, was arrested at 4 p.m. on Feb. 7, 2018, on a charge of first-degree assault. Chalpin was held in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, and was arraigned in the Hillsborough County Superior Court – North on Feb. 8, 2018.

Kristine Soares, 44, of Manchester, was arrested at 4 p.m. on Feb. 7, 2018, on charges of theft by deception, criminal trespass, and false report to law enforcement. Soares was released on $2,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 1, 2018, at the Milford District Court.
Jaclyn Loud, 25, of New Ipswich, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. on Feb. 3, 2018, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Franklin District Court. Loud was released on $302.50 cash bail, and no further action is anticipated by the Amherst Police Department.

Ganesh Madhugirkanakar, 31, of Saugus, MA, was arrested at 5:12 p.m. on Feb. 1, 2018, on a charge of credit card fraud. Madhugirkanakar was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 1, 2018, at the Milford District Court.
