Arrests: Northfield Man Charged with Driving While Intoxicated

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Frederick M. Rines, 43, of Concord, was arrested on May 13, and charged with false imprisonment, criminal mischief (vandalism), and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested at 8:19 p.m. on Iron Works Road. The alleged victim was his wife, a Concord woman. Police allege that Rines damaged or destroyed a door, a door frame, and walls, all valued at $900. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Rines is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 11.
  • Charles Louis Shuman, 36, of Manchester, was arrested on May 15, on a habitual offender charge. He was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on East Side Drive. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Shuman is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
  • , 28, of Concord, was arrested on May 22, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons), criminal mischief (vandalism), and resisting arrest or detention. She was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on 15 Wyman Street. Police allege that she assaulted her boyfriend, a Concord man and a Concord police officer during the incidents. refused bail and had a court date on May 22.
  • Nicholas D. Paul, 22, of Concord, was arrested on May 23, and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. He was arrested at 3:20 a.m. at the intersection of Little Pond Road and Pond Place Lane. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Paul is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 25.
  • Nathan J. Lawrence, 33, of Allenstown, was arrested on May 23, on a warrant. He was arrested at 4:12 p.m. at the on Storrs Street.
  • , 24, of Manchester, was arrested on May 24, and charged with receiving stolen property, theft by deception, and a bench warrant. She was arrested at 9:06 a.m. at the on Loudon Road. The stolen property and theft charge were based on incidents the occurred on March 26. The alleged victim in the case was a woman from Warner. Cullen is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 25.
  • Verne Michael Cole, 44, of Northfield, was arrested on May 25, on a driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested at 1:24 a.m. at the intersection of Loudon Road and North Main Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Cole is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 25.
  • Troy B. Richard, 20, was arrested on May 25, on a driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested at 3:42 a.m. outside the Sovereign Bank on West Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Richard is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 25.
  • Pieter Edward Hollenberg, 44, of Concord, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. on May 25, and charged with criminal trespass and simple assault (personal weapons). Police allege that he assaulted a male acquaintance on the morning of May 24, on Rundlett Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000. Hollenberg is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 25.
