Mass. Woman Indicted for DWI, Drug Charges
Plus, Nashua man indicted for firing weapon into the air; Massachusetts man indicted for sexual assault.

Waylon Montgrain, 40, of Amory Street in Nashua, was indicted on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge. It’s alleged that on Aug. 22, 2014, was in possession of alprazolam.
Lake Munday, 29, of Chestnut Street in Manchester, was indicted on felony burglary for allegedly breaking into a rooming house room on Worcester Street in Nashua.
Miguel Ortiz, 21, of Badger Street in Nashua, was indicted for reckless conduct and falsifying evidence, both felonies. It’s alleged that on Sept. 21, 2014, he allegedly fired a .25 caliber firearm in the air around a crowd of people and hid the firearm under a vehicle tire, in order to impair a police investigation.

Jasmine Ottman, 19, of Russell Street in Nashua, was indicted for felony possession of a narcotic drug for allegedly having heroin in Nashua on Aug. 26, 2014.
Michael Paquin, 62, of Raven Street in Nashua, was indicted for felony second-degree assault for allegedly knowingly causing bodily injury to a pre-teen by pulling his hand out of his pants and causing a rash on his leg and genitals between Sept. 1, 2013, and Feb. 21, 2014, in Nashua.

Ryan Parrott, 21, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, was indicted on a felony possession of narcotic charge and two resisting arrest or detention charges for allegedly being in possession of Oxycodone on Aug. 29, 2014, in Nashua, and refusing to allow police to arrest him.
Christina Pearl, 35, of Wallingford Road in Milford, was indicted on two counts of sale of a controlled drug and possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute. She allegedly sold heroin, reportedly with Angela St. John, to a confidential informant working with the NH AG’s Drug Task Force on July 30, and Aug. 1, 2014, and was allegedly in possession of more than five grams of heroin on Aug. 15, 2014.
Deborah L. Philbrick, 29, of Boxwood Circle of Milford, was indicted on a felony possession of controlled drug charge for allegedly having a straw with heroin on it on June 18, 2014, in Milford.
William Pizarro, 41, of Whitney Street in Nashua, was indicted on three counts of sale of a narcotic drug and possession of a narcotic drug, all felonies. He allegedly was in possession of suboxone on Aug. 26, 2014, and sold heroin on July 25, July 29, and Aug. 20, 2014, in Nashua.
Natasha Provencal, 30, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, was indicted on sale of a narcotic drug and sale of a controlled drug, both felonies. She allegedly sold heroin and buprenorphone to a cooperating individual in Nashua on Aug. 6, 2014.
Donald Ross, 32, of Rocky Pond Road in Brookline, was indicted on a possession of a narcotic drug, second offense, for allegedly being in possession of fentanyl on June 11, 2014, in Milford, after being convicted of a drug charge in November 2013 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
Tiffany Routhier, 27, of South Pleasant Street in Bradford, MA, was indicted for felony possession of a narcotic drug and DWI after being stopped on the Everett Turnpike in in Nashua where she was allegedly in possession of cocaine.
Gelsomina Rubino, 32, of Nesenkeag Drive in Litchfield, was indicted for felony possession of narcotic drug and three felony counts of sale of a narcotic drug. It’s alleged that Rubino sold crack in Nashua on Feb. 12, Feb. 24, and April 3, to undercover police officers. On Jun 5, 2014, she was allegedly in possession of heroin in Nashua.
Richard Santoro, 23, of Crescent Drive in Andover, MA, was indicted for felony sexual assault and violation of a child protection act. It’s alleged that on April 12, 2014, at a home in Pelham, he allegedly sexually assaulted a child under the age of 13 when he touched the child. Santoro also allegedly failed to report that sexual abuse had been perpetrated on a child while he was present and failed to report that abuse to the appropriate authorities.
Eric S. Sederquest, 33, of North State Street in Concord, was indicted on two counts of felony theft by unauthorized taking after allegedly stealing Samsung cellphones, valued at $1,500, from Staples in Nashua on Sept. 26, 2013, and Samsung cellphones from Verizon Wireless in Nashua, valued at $1,150, on Nov. 19, 2013.
Jessica L. Sederquest, 35, of Ridge Road in Deerfield, was indicted on criminal liability, a felony, for allegedly assisting Eric Sederquest during the Verizon Wireless theft.
