Milford Men Arrested on Drug Charges: Log

AMHERST, NH — Katherine Santer, 24, of Milford, was arrested at 8:55 p.m. on Aug. 19, 2016, on charges of driving after suspension and speed. Santer was released on $400 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 8, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Jay Hanrahan, 57, of Milford, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on Aug. 19, 2016, on a charge of driving after suspension, as well as on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Hanrahan was released on $500 PR on the Amherst charge, with an arraignment date set for September 8, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

German Mizhirumbay, 28, of Framingham, MA, was arrested at 9:10 a.m. on Aug. 20, 2016, on charges of breach of bail conditions and driving without a valid license. Mizhirumbay was released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on Sept. 1, 2016.

On August 23, 2016, the Amherst Police Department investigated several reports of residences and/or vehicles being egged which occurred in various areas of Amherst during the overnight hours.

Charles Boyer, 21, of Milford, was arrested at 4:30 a.m. on Aug. 28, 2016, on charges of possession of a controlled drug, open container law, and receiving stolen property. Boyer was released on $1,200 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 22, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Zackary Whelan, 22, of Milford, was arrested at 4:30 a.m. on Aug. 28, 2016, on a charge of possession of a controlled drug. Whelan was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 15, 2016, at the Milford District Court.
