Milford Man Arrested Twice in Three Hours: Log

MILFORD, NH — Stephen C. Holland, 41, of Crosby Street in Milford, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. on Sept. 1, 2016, for burglary, simple assault, and criminal threatening (use of a deadly weapon). He was arrested after an alleged threat incident on Johnson Street.

Timothy J. Dobias, 29, pictured, of Powers Street in Milford, was arrested at 6:40 a.m. on Sept. 2, 2016, for disobeying an officer and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Route 101. He was arrested again at 9:23 a.m. for two counts of driving after revocation or suspension, disobeying an officer, reckless operation, and violation of the “move over” law after an alleged incident on Garden Street.

Joseph M. Smith, 47, of North Stark Highway in Weare, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on Sept. 4, 2016, for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated-second offense, and failure to dim lights. He was arrested on South Street.

Jay R. Hanrahan, 57, of Melendy Road in Milford, was arrested at 1:59 p.m. on Sept. 4, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested on Melendy Road.

Nathan J. Curran, 29, of Amherst Street in Milford, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on Sept. 5, 2016, for two counts of simple assault and two counts of domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested on Nashua Street.
