Milford Woman, Merrimack Man Charged With DWI In Amherst: Log

AMHERST, NH — Margaret Williams, 54, of Milford, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on Aug. 11, on driving while intoxicated and driving without a valid license charges as well as an open container violation. She was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in Milford District Court on Aug. 27.

A two-vehicle crash was reported at Route 101A at 1:15 p.m. on Aug. 7. No injuries were reported.

William Williams, 54, of Merrimack, was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge at 11:30 p.m. on July 29. He was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in Milford District Court on Aug. 20.

Amherst police were sent to a two-vehicle accident on Route 101A at 12:14 p.m. on July 25. There were no injuries reported.

Leslie Valastro, 56, of Milford, was arrested on a theft by deception charge at 3:19 p.m. on July 20. Valastro was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in Milford District Court on Aug. 20.

Kimberly Rose, 41, of Amherst, was arrested at 10:11 p.m. on July 15, on a criminal mischief charge. She was released on personal recognizance bail and had a court date Aug. 5.
