Nashua Man Arrested For Shoplifting: Amherst Police Log

Plus, teens face alcohol charges and an alleged burglar was arrested on loitering, trespass charges.

AMHERST, NH — Aleta Vermette, 19, of Wilton, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on Aug. 14, 2017, on a charge of transportation of alcohol by a minor. Vermette was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 7, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Ryan MacDonald, 33, of Nashua, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Aug. 12, 2017, on a charge of loitering. He was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for August 14, 2017 at the Milford District Court. He was arrested again at 6:45 a.m. on Aug. 12, 2017, on charges of criminal trespass, burglary, possession of burglary tools, falsifying evidence, receiving stolen property and breach of bail. MacDonald was held in lieu of $10,000 cash bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 14, 2017 at the Milford District Court.

Kurt Wilson, 30, of Nashua, was arrested at 2:56 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2017, on a charge of willful concealment. Wilson was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 24, 2017, at the Milford District Court. Haley Simmons, 19, of Derry, received a summons at 1:30 a.m. on July 16, 2017, on a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol. Simmons was to appear in the Milford District Court on July 27, 2017.

Daylen Zisis, 20, of Manchester, received a summons at 1:30 a.m. on July 16, 2017, on a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol. Zisis was released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on July 27, 2017.
