Party Bust Leads to Charges Against Numerous Individuals: Log
Amherst Police: Nashua teen arrested on a bench warrant and Nashua man arrested on a driving charge.

AMHERST, NH — Hunter McMillen, 21, of Amherst, was arrested at 3 a.m. on July 23, 2016, on a charge of facilitating drug/underage alcohol party. McMillen was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 3, 2016, at the Milford District Court. About 45 minutes later, police detained multiple individuals for unlawful possession of alcohol. Court action is anticipated.

Faith McMahon, 19, of Nashua, was arrested at 10:49 a.m. on July 23, 2016, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Nashua District Court. McMahon was released on $1,000 PR bail, with a court date set for Aug. 15, 2016, at the Nashua District Court.

Jose Portillo Ochoa, 33, of Nashua, was arrested at 4:55 p.m. on July 23, 2016, on a charge of driving after suspension. Portillo Ochoa was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 25, 2016, at the Milford District Court.
