POLICE LOG: Man Attempts Credit Card Fraud

[Tuesday, Dec. 13]

At 4:08 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101 (car v. deer). No injuries were reported. The driver was Michelle McLaughlin, age 39, of Milford.

At 10:55 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident in the Walmart parking lot. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Roger Delage, age 79, of Milford and Cathy Chhetri, age 59, of Milford.

At 2:24 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Thomas Colin Campbell, age 42, of 3 Thornton Ferry Road II, Amherst on a charge of Driving After Suspension. Campbell was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 29, 2011 in the Milford District Court.

[Wednesday, Dec. 14]

At 5:31 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident in the parking lot of the Souhegan High School. No injuries were reported. The driver was John Turner, age 44, of Merrimack.

At 1:45 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Wayne P. Campbell, age 47, of 11 Railroad Ave #34, Derry on charges of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card and Attempt to Commit Credit Card Fraud. Campbell was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Jan. 5, 2012 in the Milford District Court.

At 2:26 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Alexander W. Pearson, age 30, of 12 Kendrick Lane, Milford on charges of Driving After Suspension and Driving After Suspension of Registration of Vehicle. Pearson was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for January 5, 2012 in the Milford District Court.

At 9:15 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested William David Cloutier, age 30, of 215 Route 202 & 9, Barrington on a charge of Operating After Suspension. Cloutier was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Jan. 5, 2012 in the Milford District Court.
