Teens Arrested on Alcohol Charges in Amherst: Police Log

AMHERST, NH — Alexander Frazier, 19, of Amherst, was arrested at 4:35 a.m. on Dec. 22, 2016, on a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol. Frazier was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Jan. 5, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Abdulkareem Ghanayem, 41, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on Dec. 25, 2016, on a charge of driving after suspension. Ghanayem was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Jan. 19, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Toby Payne, 47, of Amherst, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. on Dec. 27, 2016, on a charge of driving after suspension. Payne was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Jan. 19, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

John Kane, 18, of Amherst, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on Dec. 28, 2016, on charges of unlawful possession of alcohol and resisting arrest. Kane was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Jan. 19, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

On Dec. 28, 2016 at 12:25 a.m. hours, the Amherst Police Department detained a juvenile on Alcohol and Drug charges. Court action is anticipated.
