Alleged Bedford Robber, Others Indicted: Court Roundup
Corrections superintendent indicted for reportedly impersonating a cop in Bedford; Milford dad indicted for DWI with a child in his car.
MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.
Jon Orme, 30, of Beech Hill Avenue in Manchester, for felon in possession of a firearm-shotgun and two counts of possession of a controlled drug-carfentanil, cocaine with intent to sell, all felonies. The charges stem from an alleged incident in Manchester on May 4, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of robbery in February 2009, in Strafford County Superior Court.
Michael Page, 37, of Rimmon Street in Manchester, for felony second-degree assault for allegedly strangling another person on June 2, 2017, in Manchester.

Veronica Paris, 32, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine and two counts of falsifying physical evidence, all felonies, as well as simple assault. On May 24, 2017, she allegedly scratched a police officer during an arrest, attempted to a plastic bag after retrieving it “from the area of her crotch,” and threw a glass tube into a sewer in Manchester. Bruce Pelkie, 42, lower left, of Second Crown Point Road in Barrington, for felony false personation, felony blue lights restricted to law enforcement as well as blue lights restricted to law enforcement. On Jan. 2, 2017, in Bedford, he allegedly pretended to be a police officer and knowing used and activated blue lights while attempting a traffic stop.
Anthony Peters, 19, of Central Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to sell allegedly on May 22, 2017, in Manchester.
Ryan Phaneuf, 37, of Country Club Drive in Manchester, for felony second-degree assault for allegedly strangling a woman on May 19, 2017, in Manchester.
Benjamin Philbrick, 34, upper left, of David Drive in Milford, for felony reckless conduct as well as two counts of driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent. On June 1, 2017, in Manchester, he was allegedly driving a vehicle in a parking lot, with a child inside, while passing out behind the wheel.
Beth Pilotte, 33, of Orange Street in Manchester, for falsifying physical evidence and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, both felonies, allegedly on May 25, 2017, in Manchester.
Anthony Plourde, 22, upper right, of Dubuque Street in Manchester, for felony criminal threatening as well as criminal mischief, resisting arrest or detention, and two counts of simple assault. On May 6, 2017, he allegedly brandished a knife at a police officer and broke the officer’s glasses.
Kaisle Raikes, 25, of Union Street in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, three counts of felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-handguns, and possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine, all felonies, allegedly on June 2, 2017, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment he was convicted of burglary in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in September 2010.
Joseph Rapaglia, 20, lower right, of Depot Road in Candia, for felony robbery and theft by unauthorized taking. On March 10, 2017, allegedly acting in concert with Alex Toribio, they reportedly robbed RPM Fuels in Bedford.
