Alleged Crack Cocaine Dealers, Others Indicted: Hillsborough County Roundup
Plus, Pennsylvania man indicted for theft, Massachusetts man indicted on drug charges, and Manchester man indicted for robbery.
MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North recently.
Katherine Fisher, 26, of Howe Street in Manchester, for felony burglary allegedly aided by Stephen Hess on May 13, 2017, on Orange Street in Manchester.
Derek Gagne, 28, lower left, of Pine Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking – due to two previous convictions – for allegedly stealing money from the center console of a vehicle in Manchester on May 29, 2017.

Scott Gagne, 28, of Bartlett Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking – due to two previous convictions – for allegedly stealing $176.54 worth of merchandise from the Rite Aid in Manchester between Dec. 14, and Dec. 21, 2016. Kristen M. Garcia, 33, of Pearl Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to sell and possession of marijuana allegedly on Jan. 25, 2017, in Manchester. Albert Gordon, 44, of Manchester Street in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and falsifying physical evidence allegedly on April 6, 2017, in Manchester.
Shawn L. Grant, 38, of Orange Street in Manchester, on two counts of theft by unauthorized taking and robbery, both felonies, as well as resisting arrest or detention. On May 20, 2017, in Manchester, he allegedly robbed and stole items the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on Elm Street and stole items from the Bicentennial Drive liquor store.
Brandon Griffin, 40, lower middle, of Concord Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine. On April 18, May 1, and May 17, 2017, he allegedly worked in concert with Tori Caron to sell the drugs to an individual working with the Manchester Police Department.
Stephen Hess, 31, of Concord Street in Manchester, for burglary and attempted theft by deception, both felonies, allegedly on May 13, 2017, in Manchester.
Lance Holloman, 30, lower right, of Liberty Street in Hanson, MA, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, heroin allegedly on April 12, 2016, in Manchester.
Bryan Keating, 38, of Pine Street in Manchester, for felony second-degree assault-domestic violence for allegedly strangling a woman on May 6, 2017, in Manchester.
Michael Keenan, 38, of Silvas Farm Road in Greensburg, PA, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing a power drill from the Home Depot in Manchester on May 16, 2017. According to the indictment, he has been convicted of theft twice before.
Nicholas Kierstead, 24, of Manchester Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-carfentanil allegedly on March 22, 2017, in Manchester.
