Bedford, Concord Women Arrested for Shoplifting: Log

BEDFORD, NH — Matthew L. Page, 33, of Manchester, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on July 24, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a traffic stop on South River Road.

Alexis K. Edgecomb, 21, of Manchester, was arrested at 5:16 p.m. on July 24, 2016, for willful concealment. Edgecomb was arrested on Colby Court.

Barbara J. Heestand, 62, of Bedford, was arrested at 1:28 p.m. on July 26, 2016, for willful concealment after an alleged incident on Kilton Road.

Robinson Loubriel Resto, 36, of Manchester, was arrested on July 27, 2016, for operating without a valid license, driving after revocation or suspension, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested after a traffic stop on South River Road.

Michelle H. Winchester Grant, 55, of Penacook, was arrested at 6:01 p.m. on July 27, 2016, on two counts of willful concealment. She turned herself in on a warrant.
