Bedford Police Make Arrests For Assault, DUI, Forgery, Theft: Log

BEDFORD, NH — Bedford Police made the following arrests and investigations in Sept. 1 through Sept 7.

Bedford Police charged Julie Duddy, of Londonderry, with driving under the influence at the Meetinghouse Road off ramp from Route 101 on Sept. 1.

Bedford Police charged Joseph Patrick Wilhelmi, of Goffstown, with driving under the influence second offense at the intersection of Route 114 and Route 101 on Sept. 7.

Bedford Police charged Estefany Hinojosa, of Manchester, with driving with a suspended license and failure to give proof of identity on Technology Drive shortly after midnight on Sept. 3.

Bedford Police charged Jonathan Saunders, of Bronx, N.Y., with passing bad checks on South River Road on Sept. 3. Eugene White, of New York City, was charged with theft. Justin Washington, of New York City, was charged with forgery.

Bedford Police served an arrest warrant on Ashley Wojdyla, of Manchester, for conduct after an accident on Sept. 4.

Bedford Police charged Shawn Burrows, of Fitchburg, Mass., for driving with a suspended license and a violation of the hands-free device law on South River Road.

Bedford Police charged Sean Moynahan, of Madbury, with driving with a suspended license or registration on Leavy Drive.

Bedford Police charged Kenneth Scott Pfabe, of Hooksett, with conduct after an accident on Sept. 5.

Bedford Police charged Shawn Harry Wiley, of Bedford, with second-degree assault strangulation and first-degree simple assault on Constitution Drive on Sept. 6.
