Bedford, Weare Men Arrested in Amherst
Mark Leroy was arrested on another theft charge while Tyler Payne, who faces on stolen property, other charges, was arrested on a warrant.

AMHERST, NH — Tyler Payne, 30, of Weare, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on Nov. 22, 2016, on an arrest warrant issued by the Bow Police Department. Payne was released to the custody of Bow PD. Payne was arrested in Bedford on Oct. 31, on conduct and hindering apprehension charges, and in Concord on conspiracy and stolen property charges last month.

Edgardo Mercado, 22, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on Nov. 24, 2016, on charges of possession of a controlled drug, transportation of a controlled drug and speed. Mercado was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 15, 2016 at the Milford District Court.

Mark Leroy, 53, of Bedford, was arrested at 1:55 p.m. on Nov. 29, 2016, on a charge of theft. Leroy was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 15, 2016, at the Milford District Court. In Concord, Leroy was charged with theft on Nov. 29. He was arrested in Bedford in September for DWI. In July of this year, he was arrested on three theft from a building counts. He was also arrested for theft in June.
