Event Details
Join us at the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire (ARLNH) for a feel-good class led by an instructor from The Yoga and Fitness Loft. This popular 60-minute gentle yoga class includes interactions with the shelter's current resident pets awaiting adoption.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, our instructor will guide you through each pose, with adjustments to suit all participants. Please bring your own yoga block and props if needed. Don't worry if you don't have a mat – we'll provide one for you!
