Women's Self-Defense Seminar, will demonstrate real life techniques and practical information on various ways to protect themselves in the event of an attack. Instructors will provide hands-on training of simple strikes, blocks, joint manipulations and situational awareness techniques, all of which are basic moves that anyone can do and moves which can help avoid becoming a victim.
