FBI Breaks Down Missing Person Investigation Scene

Denise Beaudin, missing since 1981, was last known to be living on Hayward Street in Manchester with her live-in boyfriend, Robert Evans.

MANCHESTER, NH — The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Evidence Response team has cleared the Queen City location that has been the focus of a missing person investigation during the last few days. The FBI has been on Hayward Street in Manchester looking for clues into the disappearance of Denise Beaudin, 23, who has been missing for 36 years, after new information was obtained by the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office.

Investigators at the NH AG’s Office announced that Beaudin was officially a missing person case in December. She was last seen in 1981 with her young daughter and Robert “Bob” Evans, who is now 72, in Goffstown, at a family dinner. About a week later, family members went to the Hayward Street home but no one was there. Beaudin and Evans were having financial difficulties at the time, according to the family, so they assumed the couple left to avoid those issues. Beaudin has not been seen or heard from since.

At the home, investigators appeared to be concentrating their search efforts in the basement area of the building during the three days they were in the area. Crime scene tape was seen all around the home and a small park behind the house. Multiple FBI trucks were also at the scene.
